Transparency published per product, not per brand

Tom Bihn makes the split and then does something almost nobody else here does. Its backpacks and travel bags are made in its Seattle factory. A segment of its accessories are made by a partner in Ho Chi Minh City. And every product page shows where that item was made, in a section the company calls Materials and Transparency.

That last part is the useful bit. A company statement tells a shopper about the company. A line on the product page tells them about the thing they are buying.

A collection page is not a catalogue

GORUCK is recorded as a manufacturer operating in the United States. Its source is a Made in USA collection, which is a section of a larger range, so it establishes American production without establishing where any particular pack came from.
