The grain is the question, the way the yarn is for a sock
The Industrious Spirit Company answers it without being asked. Its spirits are produced "at the first distillery since Prohibition in Rhode Island's capitol", and the company describes "the time we take with our onsite mashing, fermenting, distilling, bottling and packaging" alongside "our regional partners that grow our grains according to regenerative farming practices".
Field, still and bottle, all named. For a distillery the grain is most of the product, so a maker who places the grain as well as the still has answered a question most of this shelf leaves open.
A spirit can be bottled here and grown anywhere
Absinthia says its absinthe is "Produced and bottled in New Orleans", which is a plain claim about where the work happens. Absinthe is distilled from a base spirit and a set of botanicals, and the page places neither. That is the same shape as the cocoa on the chocolate page: some inputs may be American and the page does not say, so this entry records what it does say.
A brewery is somewhere, and that is not quite the same as a claim
4 Hands Brewing says it was "Founded in the LaSalle Park neighborhood in 2011" and has become the largest craft brewery in the St. Louis area. Put that beside the brewing it describes, and a reader will conclude the beer is brewed in Missouri, and will probably be right.
Joining those two sentences is still the reader's step and not the page's, so this entry is labelled as a manufacturer operating in the United States rather than as a claim about a particular beer. The distinction looks pedantic on a brewery and it is the same distinction that caught a candle brand pouring for other people's labels.
