Where PEZ candy is made
PEZ candy sold in the United States and Canada is made in Orange, Connecticut. The sugar-free peppermint is made in Hungary.
Both facts are on the same page, and the second one is the reason this page exists. It is also the reason this record was nearly wrong.

A line of text under the ingredients
"Made in Hungary." sits directly beneath the sugar-free peppermint's ingredient list. It is not under the brand, and it is not a statement about PEZ.
Read it as a statement about PEZ and you get an answer that is wrong in the most embarrassing direction: a company whose candy really is made in Connecticut, recorded as making it abroad. Read only the Connecticut sentence twenty lines further down and you get an answer that is wrong in the other direction, because one product on the page is not covered by it.
Both sentences are needed and neither one is the whole answer. That is the ordinary case rather than the exception, which is why origin is recorded here per product wherever a company gives it per product.
What this does not tell you
PEZ says where the candy for two markets is made. It does not say where the dispensers are made, and this directory records only what a company states, so no claim about dispensers appears here.
